Please read this page carefully. Accessing, browsing or using this website, our software panel, or our APIs (together, the "Platform") requires your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by businesses and individuals aged 18 and above who are registering to resell, integrate or otherwise commercially use Arnixy's software and APIs. Access is not intended for minors, and Arnixy does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Acceptance of terms

By viewing, registering on, or interacting with the Platform, or with any banner, pop-up or communication associated with it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Arnixy reserves the right to deny or suspend access to any person for any lawful reason.

3. Use of Platform content

Unless you have entered into an express written agreement with Arnixy to the contrary, you have no right to use the content of this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, underlying code, or any intellectual property it contains — in any commercial or public setting, nor to copy, broadcast, republish or resell it. Hyperlinking, "framing," or co-branding the Platform without Arnixy's express written authorisation is prohibited.

4. Ownership

All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Arnixy and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reseller partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software panel and APIs solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services to their own customers, subject to their partner agreement with Arnixy.

5. Services offered

Subject to these Terms, our Merchant Onboarding Policy, our KYC Policy, and our Privacy Policy (together, the "Policies"), Arnixy offers software resale and API resale access to fintech services including AEPS, micro ATM, bill payments, recharges, PAN card services, account opening and insurance, as further described in your partner agreement and API documentation.

Arnixy is constantly evolving to provide the best possible service. You acknowledge that the form and nature of the services we provide may change from time to time, and that Arnixy may modify, suspend or discontinue any service (or feature within it) at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, panel credentials and account access. If Arnixy disables access to your account for reasons including suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement, you may be prevented from accessing the Platform, your account details, or any data associated with it, and we will inform you where legally permitted to do so.

Arnixy reserves the right to delete or restrict access to information stored in your account, including personal or sensitive personal data, subject to our retention and compliance obligations. You may request that we stop retaining certain information by contacting our Grievance Officer, though this may limit our ability to provide some services to you.

7. Transaction limits

Arnixy may, at its discretion, set or modify upper limits on transaction volumes, values, or API call rates available to any reseller, without prior notice, for risk-management or regulatory reasons.

8. Disclaimer

Arnixy makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Platform but disclaims responsibility for errors or omissions. You assume the risk of relying on any information provided, and Arnixy does not warrant that downloads, API responses, or panel content are free of corrupting code. Arnixy is not liable for damage to your systems or software arising from interaction with the Platform, except where caused by Arnixy's gross negligence or wilful default.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arnixy's liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to direct damages, and Arnixy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Arnixy for any loss or damage it incurs as a result of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law in the course of reselling or integrating our services.

11. Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions or communications you send to Arnixy may be used by Arnixy without further permission or compensation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute resolution

Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, these Terms, or our Policies shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which it shall be referred to binding arbitration, and shall otherwise be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

13. Amendments

Arnixy may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
