Refund Policy

Arnixy, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Shop No 23, 1st Floor, Astha City Centre, Sakchi, East Singhbhum, Sakchi, Jharkhand, India, 831001 (hereinafter referred to as "Arnixy") owns and operates https://Arnixy.net/ ("Website/App").

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be issued for services or products purchased through the Website/App. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds shall be considered only in the following circumstances:

• If the service purchased was not delivered as described.
• If there was a technical failure preventing usage of the service and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
• If there was an error or duplicate charge due to a system or processing failure attributable to Arnixy.

All refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of transaction along with valid proof of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

• Services that have already been successfully delivered or utilized.
• Fees charged by third-party service providers, banks, or payment gateways.
• Change of mind or user-initiated cancellation after service activation.
• Incorrect information provided by the user leading to transaction failure.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the user must email us at arnixinfotechpvtltd@gmail.com with the following details:

• Registered Name
• Transaction ID / Order ID
• Date of transaction
• Reason for refund request

Arnixy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the refund request before processing.

4. Refund Processing

If the refund request is approved, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, Arnixy may issue partial refunds depending on the nature and extent of service usage. Such decisions shall be final and binding.

6. Amendments

Arnixy reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this policy periodically.
